I stumbled upon this great recipe from krissys-creations.com for peanut butter banana cookies. There's a slice of banana in the middle of this cookie. We thought they tasted great, but by the second day the banana turned the cookie brown. Next time, I'll make a half batch knowing this cookies lose their pretty look after day 2.
