Party hats after the makeover. It was so easy! I used my own cardstock with the colors I wanted for Clare's lollipop birthday party. This was a last minute decision as the birthday girl requested pretty party hats. Thank you Big Lots for the deal of 8 Transformers hats for $0.50. I took one hat apart for the template then used double side tape to cover the original hats with my own paper. I then added a colorful pom pom with the hot glue gun.
