Goals

March was another good month for my goals. I learned about several new Saints -- thanks to a lenten journey book I received from a priest at a nearby church. I also went on several adventures with Clare -- thanks to Mother Nature who decided we finally had enough snow for the year. One of the new recipes I tried was smurftastic. It was red velvet cupcakes with buttermilk cream cheese frosting. Steve & I don't care for cake but we both gave this treat a 5 star rating. Thanks to my old neighbor Melissa in Eugene for her "secret" recipe! I'm planning to make these for Clare's first birthday, which is next Friday!!!
