There's a historical park called Forks of Wabash about 10 minutes from our house. We pass it everyday. We finally stopped to explore it one day. It has a 3 mile trail along two rivers. There are several old forts still on the property. It was a great walk since most of the path was paved. There were several signs throughout the walk with historical facts. The cliffnote version: it was home to the Miami indians.
