Sensory Table.

I used our outdoor water table as a sensory table for winter entertainment.  Clare loved dumping the random items into the table.  Luke sat to the side and watched.  I'm pretty sure he was debating on what to stick in his mouth first.  It didn't take long for them to explore.  We hid little dinosaurs in the mess as a treasure hunt.  Then Luke decided to take a seat right in the table.  There was a bit of a mess, but the sheet caught most of it.
