Chocolate Covered Strawberries.

Delicious and easy.  Clare tried to help but the stems were too fragile and little for her to hold and dip into the chocolate.  (And the chocolate was hot).  She was patient as she had to wait a couple hours for the strawberries to chill in the fridge.  I used a recipe from, and I have made these three times since my first attempt for various events.  However, they need to be consumed within a day or the chocolate gets watery.
