Yum! I know a lot of you are proud owners of the Junior League of Eugene cookbook called Cooking from the Coast to the Cascades. Go find it, and make these blueberry cake bars with buttermilk. They were a great healthy and light treat. I made a half batch, and it made plenty for our family.
