My favorite part of the menu were these yummy cupcakes!  I made them last year too.  Maybe I will make it a tradition until Clare is old enough to tell me she'd rather have a cake! We added blue cotton candy to the top and put them into a pretty little cupcake stand.  I'm a little bummed I didn't get a picture of the food table.  It all turned out really cute and the food was delicious (we also had Ham & Cheese Sliders, Cracker Barrel Hashbrown casserole, green eggs and ham deviled eggs, Beezlenut splash - Sprite with red and blue berry cubes, and a yogurt bar with red and blue fruits).  Note:  Add the cotton candy at the last minute.  It will shrink after 2-3 hours.
