Our niece Nicole lives next door. She's been coming over in the evenings to visit with us. Clare loves the play time with her big cousin. Earlier this week we made Valentine cupcakes. Brownies on the bottom. Strawberry cake in the middle. Cream Cheese icing on top with a slice of a strawberry. They were very tasty, however, next time I need to find a way to bake the mixes evenly. The brownie batter took longer to bake, which made the cake batter very tense (over cooked). It didn't stop us from eating them the past few days!
