My hubby found us a coffee shop in Shipshewana this weekend. I tried their February special: Red Velvet Hot Chocolate. Oh so yummy. The pumpkin cream cheese muffin wasn't too bad, but the hot chocolate was excellent. It tasted like a creamy red velvet cupcake. I need to find a recipe for this hot cocoa and make a crock pot size batch to soothe my craving.
