Prime Rib

On Saturday night, Steve's sister Jeanne and her husband Mark said we had to get Prime Rib from a small tavern in Topeka. This restaurant has a prime rib special every Saturday. We said sure! They only purchased two prime rib dinners. "But there are four of us eating," said Steve. After we saw the slab of meat, we understood why we only needed to order two. We had leftovers. It was delicious.
