Thanks to my buddy Stef in Columbus for this grand idea! On Friday, we fast and don't eat meat during lent. I decided to try a homemade cheese pizza for dinner. I used four amish cheeses, sauce, lots of basil and oregano, and a premade crust. On mine -- nothing but cheese! For my hubby -- lots of hidden jalepeno's. We were both happy with our personal pan pizzas. I'd like to try some homemade crust in the bread machine and make a Chicago style pizza using the mini-baker stoneware pan. Loaded with our favorite veggies and cheeses.
