I got a pressure cooker for Christmas from Steve's parents. My first attempt was BBQ pulled pork sandwiches! Delicious and easy. If you have any good pressure cooker recipes to share, please email them to me. I hear pressure cookers are good for canning. But the word "canning" freaks me out a bit.
