A Classic Lunch!

Clare went down for a nap, and mom went to the kitchen for a classic lunch! This lovely entree is a brown sugar maple frosting pop tart toasted to perfection with a generous scoop of homemade vanilla ice cream. Try it. You'll love it. Did you know there is a blueberry muffin pop tart? Pop tarts have come a long way. I had no idea. It's been years since I've really devoted any time to the pop tart section at the supermarket. I get the same kind every time. Although I did branch out once and bought the FiberOne brand of brown sugar maple frosting. It was equally as tasty, however, if memory serves me right - the Pop Tart brand had one more gram of fiber per serving and cost about $0.50 less. I'm amazed that the cereal aisle in the super market has half of the row devoted to pop tarts. I was shocked at the different flavors. Do we really need that many options? Did Pop Tart have a "Name that Flavor of Pop Tart" contest and they couldn't decide on a winner so they accepted all entries? I know which flavor I'd submit. What would you submit? Or can we just agree that there really only needs to be a handful of pop tart flavors?
