Clare & I arrived at the lake on the 18th. Steve's parents have a house on one of the lakes in NE Indiana. They have generously offered it to us until we find a place to settle. They are going to be in Fort Wayne for the next several months as Steve's mom prepares for another year of doing taxes at H&R Block.
Clare loves to cuddle with Grandpa and loves to play "peek" with Grandma. Clare is pulling herself up on everything and taking a few steps from toys to chairs. She'll walk around the house all day if you hold her hands! My back isn't happy but it's exciting to watch her learn things like balance. She has a ton of toys to play with at the lake (thanks to Aunt Jeanne next door). But her favorite is Grandpa's newspaper pile.
